Abstract
The ultrasound could be a complementary tool for the elec-trodiagnostic study. We reported a patient with proximal me-dian neuropathy by proximal radial fracture injury. A 36-year- old woman complained pain and numbness of left 1st and 2nd fingers. Electrodiagnostic findings, performed at 2 months after onset, demonstrated incomplete left median neuro-pathy without precise localization. Ultrasound revealed swel-ling and low echogenecity of median nerve at the proximal one third of radius. Ultrasound could be valuable comple-mentary tool for the electrodiagnostic study.
